PROFINE® RED reduces turbidity as well as suspended particles with a filter rating
of 5 microns. It can be used alone or as a pre-treatment before using other cartridges.

Prefiltration in water treatment systems

PROFINE® RED Quick-connect disposable cartridge, filtration by “MELT BLOWN” extruded polypropylene, 5 microns filtration. Cartridge for sediment removel and for the drinking water clarification, thanks to the removal of turbidity and suspended particulate. If used in equipment for drinking water treatment,
the equipment must comply with the standards of law for this category of treatment systems.

We recommend replacing the cartridge at the end of its nominal range, or if the output flow ate is
too slow. It’s better that you replace the cartridge within 365 days of its installation. Before removing
the cartridge, close the upstream water inlet and eliminate the pressure in the circuit by opening the
downstream tap. To activate the cartridge correctly, open the inlet valve and supply water for at least
five minutes before drinking it.
